The horizontal circumferential seam welding machine for pipe flange is applied to the circumferential seam of flange with high efficiency. It can be applied to pipe butt joint, pipe flange butt joint, pipe elbow, stainless steel, carbon steel, metal cylinder welding, auto parts, water heater processing, valves, hardware, electrical appliances and other industrial equipment. The girth welding machine is suitable for automatic welding of carbon steel girth, with beautiful weld appearance, wide weld and uniform reinforcement.

采用三軸數(shù)控系統(tǒng)，焊槍過程中的三軸聯(lián)動，控制焊槍走出相應軌跡。焊槍電流及電壓可預存及分段調(diào)用 。采用PLC控制整機運行，控制焊槍氣動進給，工件晃動裝及規(guī)范切換等。焊槍移動通過交流伺服電機驅動滾珠絲桿實現(xiàn)，由直線導軌導向。焊縫變形小，焊縫牢固。

The three-axis CNC system is used to control the welding gun to go out of the corresponding track. Welding torch current and voltage can be pre stored and called in sections. PLC is used to control the operation of the whole machine, control the pneumatic feed of welding gun, workpiece shaking, loading and standard switching, etc. The movement of the welding gun is realized by the ball screw driven by the AC servo motor and guided by the linear guide rail. The weld deformation is small and the weld is firm.

焊接機采用臥式結構，主要由床頭箱有回轉驅動電機，氣動尾座，焊槍移動機構，焊槍微調(diào)調(diào)整機構和焊槍氣動升降機構，電氣控制系統(tǒng)等構成。床身對整套設備及工件起支承，連接作用。床頭箱機架為箱形結構件，采用型材及鋼板等焊接后退火處理，再進行精加工，保證床頭箱及氣動尾座重合，具有重量輕，強度高，剛度大，穩(wěn)定性好等優(yōu)勢。
